Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers This CPR class is designed for Healthcare personnel. Adult, child & infant CPR and AED instruction. Call 541-667-3509 Course Format This is a blended learning course consisting of a required online portion and an in-person skills check. • The online pre-work must be completed prior to attending the in-person skills session. • The online portion is self-paced and must be finished in full before your scheduled class date. • Participants are required to complete all modules within the online course. Registration Requirements • The email address entered at registration will be the email address the course access code is sent to and must be used by the participant to create their online course profile. • If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you must enter the participant’s information, including their email address. What’s Included Your registration fee includes: • Online course access • In-person skills check • BLS manual (upon request) Important Instructions • Within 2–3 business days of registration, you will receive an email from AHA eLearning with instructions and your course access code. Please check your spam or junk folder. • If you do not receive this email, contact us at 541-667-3509. • Participants are required to print and bring their online course completion certificate to the in-person skills session. • Failure to present a valid certificate will result in denial of participation and forfeiture of the registration fee.
