In this hands-on workshop, Pino walks you through traditional Italian potato gnocchi from scratch — mixing, rolling, cutting, and shaping entirely by hand, with the food history and Southern Italian kitchen wisdom woven right into the lesson. You will leave knowing not just how to make gnocchi, but why it is made the way it is. We open with a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting and a spread of hand-crafted Italian antipasti — cheeses, cured meats, and Pino's own creations — because that is simply how a proper Italian evening begins. Then we get to work. Every guest takes home their handmade gnocchi, sauce ingredients, and a recipe card — dinner for one, made entirely by you. No experience required. Just bring your wine.
