About this event
A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class focused on breath, movement, and reconnecting with nature. Join yoga teacher Maggie Mowery for an hour-long yoga class surrounded by the beauty of Gallery Grow’s courtyard (weather permitting). This grounding session will include breath awareness, gentle movement, and a guided meditation inspired by the connection between nature, plants, and personal wellness.

Maggie is a certified yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher trainings and more than eight years of teaching experience who specializes in beginner-friendly, accessible, alignment-based yoga. This class is well suited for those new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis looking for a mindful, nurturing practice. After the session, attendees are invited to shop and enjoy an exclusive 20% off before 12pm. Please note: Yoga will be held outdoors in the courtyard, weather permitting. In the event of rain, the class will be moved upstairs to our Loft area, which is accessible by stairs only.
