September Equinox Dance

7ish pm Fall equinox: As we welcome the turning of the season, let’s reflect, connect, and share the harvest of our year—celebrating the people, experiences, and moments that have brought us joy, satisfaction, and aliveness. 7:30ish Dancing - follow your body, your breath, your joy. You're invited to dance, be, move, not move as the music plays. We ask for no phones or conversation to allow folks to fully be immersed in the moment. Dancing by yourself or with others are both welcome. Closing drum circle Overnight Pitch a tent, or reserve a bed inside. We will have a tent or two available with extra sleep mats, or bring your own. Morning tends to be low-key. Sleep in. Wake up and sit by the fire. Have some coffee and conversation. We'll provide a simple breakfast, and you're welcome to bring anything you might want for yourself, or to share. Sometime around 10:00 we'll have connecting exercises in the vein of Authentic Relating led by Tricia Wassel.
