Opening Reception

First Friday Opening Reception In the Main Gallery, KCAC presents a show of local artists exploring abstraction in a variety of media and forms. In the Snap Space Gallery we are proud to show our annual Art for All Members only group show.Art for All is a non-juried group exhibition open exclusively to KCAC members and features medium-sized works. KCAC members represent a wide range of artistic practices, career stages, and motivations, from students and emerging artists to established and late-career professionals, as well as artists who maintain a creative practice outside of a full-time career. Art for All reflects that breadth by creating an accessible exhibition opportunity for every KCAC member. For some participants, it may be their first experience exhibiting work publicly and engaging with the practical side of gallery participation, from submitting artwork to preparing work for display. For others, it offers an opportunity to share new work, remain visible within the local arts community, and strengthen relationships with fellow artists. Through the group exhibition format, Art for All supports artists at different stages of their practice while creating space for connection, visibility, and continued professional growth. Free and open to the public
