A Day of Healing

A special day of healing through equine therapy, breathwork, herbal tea & cacao, sauna, cold plunge, rest and reflection. Join us for a rejuvenating experience starting with herbal tea upon arrival to warmly welcome you. Engage deeply with nature through equine energy experience, followed by a calming yoga class to center your body and mind. Enjoy a nourishing lunch before exploring breath and resilience with Wim Hof breathwork. Unwind socially in the sauna, then invigorate your senses with a refreshing cold plunge. We will close this day of healing with a heartwarming cacao ceremony, leaving you refreshed and inspired.
