Training Description: This 1-day Motivational Interviewing (MI) training focuses on improving conversations about change. Participants will be provided with key MI skills that promote client engagement. Participants will learn and practice basic MI techniques throughout the training. Emphasis will be given to MI listening skills including open-ended questions, affirmations, reflections, and summaries.
