Co-hosted by the Retired Racehorse Project, New Vocations, and the Secretariat Center The Thoroughbred Makeover is not only the most lucrative training competition for Thoroughbreds transitioning from racing, it's also the largest national gathering of aftercare organizations. To take advantage of that, the Retired Racehorse Project, New Vocations, and the Secretariat Center invite you to join us for Aftercare Afterhours, a networking event specifically for those working in the aftercare industry. • Network with industry peers and representatives of grant-making organizations such as Thoroughbred Charities of America, Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance, and ASPCA Right Horse. • Hear updates from The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program on traceability efforts and new T.I.P. opportunities for 2027, as well as from the USHJA Thoroughbred Hunter Task Force on expanded competitions for 2027. • Door prizes and networking bingo Light refreshments will be served.
