Sacramento Police Department Interview Prep Workshop

Get ready for your oral interview with confidence! Join us to learn what to expect in the hiring process. Open to the public and no cost. You are invited to our INTERVIEW PREP WORKSHOP on Saturday 11/7/26 at 11:00 AM. Whether you are prepping for your first interview with us, retesting for a position, or have interest in a career law enforcement, we encourage you to attend. If you have previously attended a hiring workshop, please note that this session will cover the same material. However, a refresher can still be beneficial. We have found that most people who do not make it past the initial interview did not take advantage of this preparation opportunity. The workshop will be conducted at our Sacramento Police Academy. You will park in the parking lot at the front and meet outside by the flag pole. Members from the Recruiting Unit will let you inside the building. If you are late, we will not be outside to let you in. This event starts promptly at the starting time. This workshop is open for those interested in the Police Recruit or Police Lateral positions. Please do not bring any additional guests with you as space is reserved for prospective candidates only. Please arrive 15 minutes early wearing business attire. Please note: if you attend the Practice PAT before this event, you are welcome to wear your workout attire to the workshop. No phone usage is permitted during the session. You may bring a pen and paper to take notes. If you have any questions, please contact us via phone call or text at (916) 234-6112 or email at [email protected].
