The Pause: When Queens Gather

Women gathering for informative and mindful wellness techniques to celebrate, educate, and support one another during peri/menopause. Each class will include a focused discussion, hands-on tools and practices, a group meditation, and an herbal wellness remedy. One class per month for 4 months, designed to bring us together as women to support each other, learn and gather tools, practices and rituals to allow for our peri/menopause experiences to feel more enriched, potent and gentle. Each session will have opportunities for education, practices, sharing and integration. Our intention is to support each woman with diversifying the tools, practices and rituals to usher in a lived experience of feeling more whole, grounded and powerful. Dates: 9/20, 10/11, 11/8, 12/6 Cost: $60 per class or $200 for series Please contact us for a sliding scale option, if needed Topic Overview: Session 1: Working with the Soundtrack of the Mind -Learn how your thoughts impact your overall health and wellness during peri/menopause We will focus on tools and practices to orchestrate a more harmonious and supportive internal dialogue. -Guided group meditation to discover your own plant ally for use throughout the series and beyond Learn how to build a relationship with and make herbal medicine with your specific ally. Session 2: Soul-Foraging -Connect to your soul and learn practices to usher you into feeling more centered and grounded within yourself.
