After teaching high school art for years, she has perfected a method of teaching watercolor that gets busy minds into a flow state. Flow State is when your brain is completely entranced by an activity, so it feels like time has slowed down. Her product line of watercolor kits is designed to be not so easy that you have to focus, but not so hard that you get frustrated. The result is reduced cortisol levels and mental clarity.
