ALO Wellness Club + 1 Hotel West Hollywood: Mat Pilates with Camai Brandenberg

Join ALO Wellness Club trainer, Camai Brandenberg, for a mat Pilates class that mixes bands and bodyweight to help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles. You'll improve your flexibility and alignment while working up a sweat. Camai is a Los Angeles-based Pilates and yoga instructor with more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience across studio and private settings. As a former Division I athlete, she brings a holistic, results-driven approach to movement and empowers students of all backgrounds to reach their personal goals.
