Join ALO instructor Josh Kramer for a strong, dynamic yoga flow that will help you cultivate body awareness, better alignment, and give you a deeper understanding of your yoga practice. This classically inspired vinyasa flow will take you through a sequence of classical postures and movements. You will build heat with sun salutations, stretch and open all parts of your body, challenge yourself with playful arm balances and inversions, and end the class with a well earned savasana.
