ARTS DISTRICT WALKING TOUR

Led by the expert guides of LA Art Tours, this special walking tour will take participating artists and guests through the Los Angeles Arts District, exploring its extraordinary graffiti, murals, architecture and evolving creative landscape. Originally shaped by warehouses, rail infrastructure and manufacturing, the neighborhood later became home to generations of artists who occupied its industrial spaces and helped transform the area into one of Los Angeles’ most important creative districts. The tour will begin at Mica Studios, first exploring the east side of the Los Angeles River before crossing to the west side and continuing through the heart of the Arts District. Along the way, our professional guide will share the stories behind the murals, street art, artists and cultural history that have shaped the neighborhood. More than sightseeing, the experience is about understanding context: seeing Voltage of Hope not as an isolated exhibition, but as something temporarily embedded within the larger creative ecosystem of Los Angeles.
