Breathwork • Guided Meditation • Sound Journey with Modular Synth + Crystal Bowls | Energy Work Use this sound bath to gather up the energy of the full moon and utilize its healing power. Event Includes: Mindful Breathing, Guided Meditation, Chakra Balancing Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls + Modular Synth * SETUP Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences. REGISTRATION Pre-registration is encouraged for this event. Space is limited.
