Gua Sha Beyond Beauty

Join Dr. Jen Ng at The Nest Hollywood for an immersive Gua Sha workshop rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), where you’ll explore the foundations of Chinese Medicine, learn proper Gua Sha techniques, and experience a guided demonstration of a complete 5-minute holistic Gua Sha ritual. Grounded in the philosophy that beauty is a by-product of good health, this workshop introduces the connection between seasonal wellness, the body’s natural rhythms, and the art of intentional self-care. Inspired by the transition from fall into winter, we’ll explore how the body adapts to seasonal changes, common shifts you may experience in your physical and emotional well-being, and how incorporating traditional body and facial Gua Sha into your routine can support balance throughout the season. You’ll also discover how to embrace the energetics of winter to nurture your mental well-being and align your self-care practices with the changing seasons. Each attendee will receive a patented ACU BY JEN Gua Sha tool and a sample of YINA skincare oil to take home, empowering you to carry these rituals into your everyday life.
