Restorative Breathwork and Sound

An introduction to the life-altering practice of Breathwork, an act of nervous system rest & recovery. ✨✨ With every breath, you get a chance to reset. In this session, healer Sophia will introduce you to the life-altering practice of Breathwork, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to move out of fight-or-flight and into a space of rest and recovery. This time of deep connection with yourself will provide clarity and relieve stagnant stress, tension, and emotions. ✨✨ Sophia Zogopoulos is a writer, musician, and breathwork meditation facilitator with 8 years of experience guiding sessions across Southern California. Her classes create a safe container for participants to focus on moving through suppressed stress, tension, and energy while also deepening the connection with the body. ✨✨ Please arrive well-hydrated.
