Sound Bath & Paint at Elysian Park (Autumn Harvest)

Unwind with soothing sound vibrations and let your creativity flow on canvas in this nourishing sound healing and paint session. Join us for a heart-centered gathering in the park where sound, tea, nature, and creative expression come together to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. 🌿 ✨ Expect an afternoon of: • Sound healing + deep relaxation • Creative self-expression through intuitive painting • Herbal tea + nourishing light bites • Authentic connection + community • A peaceful yet uplifting experience in nature Inspired by the changing season, we’ll embrace the enchanting beauty of fall and honor what we have cultivated in the last year. We’ll reflect on what we’re ready to let go of, take part in a symbolic release ritual, set intentions for the season ahead, and create fall-inspired art! Event Flow We’ll begin with an opening circle to connect, ground ourselves, and settle into the space. From there, we’ll ease into a sound bath meditation to calm the nervous system as we enter a state of deep surrender. We will flow into an immersive and restorative journey through sound. From this grounded space, we’ll gently transition into an intuitive painting experience inspired by the Fall season. You’ll be invited to express your own vision through color, imagery, symbols, words, or whatever naturally emerges on canvas. 🎨 This is not a step-by-step painting class. This is a free-flowing intuitive paint session with an optional theme. You’ll be supported through the creative process and encouraged to create from a place of curiosity and authentic self-expression. No art experience is needed; this experience is beginner-friendly :) Whether you come with a friend, a loved one, or on your own, you are welcome here. Come as you are and give yourself the space to slow down, reconnect, and create! ☀️ What to bring • A blanket and/or yoga mat • Comfortable clothes • Anything else that will help you feel cozy and comfortable in the park Note: This is a floor-seated experience! Please bring anything you might need to feel comfortable (chair, cushion, etc.) Give yourself, or someone you love, the gift of a soothing and creative afternoon designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. 💓 🌿 Sliding Scale Tickets: $33–$44 This is our suggested contribution, but please contribute what feels aligned and accessible to you. We want these experiences to remain accessible while also honoring the love, care, energy, and intention that go into creating them. All creative materials, herbal tea, and light bites are included. We can’t wait to create with you! 🎨 With love, Casey & Thalia 🌿 About your hosts: Thalia is a multi-dimensional artist, educator, expressive arts facilitator, and counselor.
