The Reset Room DTLA

For people who’ve been carrying too much for too long. Give yourself 75 minutes to slow down, breathe, move, rest, and reconnect. You’ve Been Carrying a Lot. Maybe your mind rarely stops. Maybe your shoulders never fully relax. Maybe you’ve gotten very good at handling everything—while your body keeps asking for a break. You don’t need another thing to accomplish. Sometimes, you just need a place to slow down, breathe, and let yourself reset. Welcome to The Reset Room DTLA The Reset Room is a monthly, in-person experience created for people who spend a lot of time doing, managing, caring, thinking, and holding it all together. For 75 minutes, you’re invited to put some of that down. Through gentle Qigong, reflection, tea, sound healing, and intentional community, we create space for your body to soften, your mind to quiet, and you to reconnect with yourself. There’s nothing to achieve here. No experience is necessary. Just come as you are. The Experience Each part of the evening is designed to help you gradually shift out of the pace of the day and into a more grounded, present state. Arrival + Tea Settle in, connect, and give yourself permission to arrive. Reflection A simple reading or prompt helps us turn our attention inward and set the tone for the evening. Gentle Qigong Slow, accessible movement and breath help release tension, reconnect you with your body, and restore a sense of flow. Rest + Sound Healing Lie down, get comfortable, and allow sound and stillness to support deeper rest and integration. Closing + Connection We end with space to reflect, share if you choose, or simply notice what has shifted. Who This Is For The Reset Room may be for you if: • You’re capable and high-functioning—but tired of carrying stress all the time. • Your mind stays busy even when there’s nothing you need to be doing. • You want to feel more connected to your body and less consumed by your thoughts. • You’ve been craving rest that feels deeper than simply taking time off. • You want meaningful connection without pressure to perform or be anything other than yourself. You do not need to know Qigong, meditation, or sound healing. Beginners are absolutely welcome. What You’ll Leave With My hope is that you walk out with: More space to breathe. A quieter mind. Less tension in your body. A deeper connection to yourself. And the reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone. You may not leave with your life magically figured out. But you might leave feeling a little lighter inside of it. Give Yourself One Evening Without the Pressure Join us for The Reset Room DTLA at Park & Lex Studios.
