Through the soothing sounds of jazz, good food, and engaging conversation, participants will explore the importance of emotional well-being, stress management, and the healing power of connection. Come nourish your mind, body, and soul while enjoying a morning of music, fellowship, and wellness. There is a parking lot across from the front of the venue or on the street surrounding it.
