Flow, Rest And Create

Come enjoy a gentle mat yoga practice, sound meditation, and a paint experience in a relaxed, creative space. No experience needed. This workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. We'll begin with a gentle mat yoga practice designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body through movement, breath, and rest. The practice will conclude with a restorative sound meditation, creating space for relaxation, reflection, and inner peace. From this grounded place, you'll transition into a painting experience where there's no right or wrong way to create. Whether you're an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time, this is a chance to express yourself freely, explore your creativity, and enjoy the process. This experience invites you to slow down, be present, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive, welcoming community. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself. No yoga or painting experience is necessary. All art supplies will be provided. Bring a mat if you have one. Limited mats will be available. Also enjoy: • Light snacks and herbal beverages • Wellness goodie bags • Raffles & giveaways • Community networking No yoga or painting experience is necessary. All supplies will be provided.
