Healing by Wilhelmina: Rest & Restore Sound Bath

Make space to rest and recover with a 65-minute Reiki-infused sound bath designed to support energy, focus, clarity, and resilience. Join us for a 65 Minute restorative Reiki-infused sound bath focused on the importance of rest, stillness, and recovery for overall well-being and performance. This experience invites you to slow down, come back into your body, and give your nervous system time to rest and reset. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, Reiki energy, meditation, and guided relaxation, you'll be invited to release physical and mental tension and settle into a deeper state of rest. Recovery is an important part of how we move, perform, and feel in everyday life. By creating intentional space to rest, we can support greater energy, focus, clarity, and resilience, both on and off the mat. Please wear light, comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to feel cozy and supported.
