From Overwhelmed to Intentional is a restorative, interactive women’s workshop created for those who want space to slow down, reconnect, reflect, and move forward with greater intention. Across four hours, participants will engage in meaningful conversation, guided reflection, experiential activities, and opportunities for connection in a thoughtfully curated environment. This is not a lecture-style seminar. The experience is designed to be participatory, reflective, and practical, with curated takeaways participants can continue using after the workshop.
