This course will introduce practical Motivational Interviewing strategies that help reduce resistance, increase engagement, and empower clients to explore their own motivation for growth and behavioral change. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to ambivalence, elicit effective “change talk,” and use reflective listening and strategic questioning techniques to build stronger therapeutic relationships.
