Finding PEACE through the season

Support group focused on holiday stress, grief, boundaries, self-care, emotional regulation, and New Year goal setting. Our Generations is offering an eight-week, in-person psychoeducational support group for adults who may experience increased stress, grief, loneliness, family conflict, financial pressure, or emotional overwhelm during the holiday season and transition into the new year. Over the course of 8-weeks, we wil lcome together to support each other and find healthy ways of coping during the holidays. We've also provided two session times to participate, see below: IN-PERSON -Tuesdays 1pm-2:30pm(CST) (this will take place at the Our Generations group room, located at 1955 W. Broadway Suite 104 VIRTUAL- Tuesdays 5pm- 6:30pm (CST) (this will take place online via Zoom, you will be given a link to attend) Participants will be asked to sign a consent form agreeing to respectful, confidential group participation
