Into the Mist: A Storyteller’s Companion

An intimate evening of storytelling, live music, food, wine, and visual imagery inspired by Into the Mist. Join author L.K. Aldrich for Into the Mist: A Storyteller’s Companion—an intimate evening of storytelling, live music, food, wine, and visual imagery inspired by the novel Into the Mist. Travel from the innocence of childhood to the mountains of Afghanistan through stories of friendship, love, sacrifice, and the extraordinary moments that shape ordinary lives. Along the way, live violin and vocal performances, photographs, artwork, and immersive visuals help bring Thomas's story to life. The evening begins with a champagne welcome, followed by six autumn sangrias paired with six small bites, served throughout the experience. Admission includes the complete food and wine experience, live musical performances, immersive storytelling, and each guest's choice of one book from the Mist series—including the newest release, Amelia. This isn't a traditional author reading. It's an evening where storytelling, music, imagery, food, and wine come together—a reminder of the people, places, and moments that stay with us long after the story ends.
