5Rhythms Dance Class: Emerging Waves at Hanu

Come as you are. Move how you feel. Express what’s real. I’ve been dancing 5Rhythms for 12 years. Every time I move this way, I shake things off and step into my JOY. My wish for you is simple: you get what you came for. WHAT THIS IS: Rooted in the work of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is a global and dynamic movement meditation practice that guides participants through five energetic rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—to support emotional release, embodiment, creativity, and authentic self-expression. Through free-form dance and conscious movement, the practice invites people to reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and a deeper sense of presence and freedom. Simple guidance. Freedom to move your way. Music that leads. No experience needed. First time? You are especially welcome! Nathan Shultz is a 5Rhythms® Teacher-in-training, mentored by Irene Sanchez and Gina Espinosa
