Bodies en Root: The Force Within

Based in the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, this 2-hour somatic movement workshop invites you to slow down and listen inward. Through guided movement, breathwork, free drawing, writing, and time to simply move, dance, and flow, we’ll explore the landscapes of the body and what they might be telling us. What happens when we soften our grip? When we stop trying to know, and begin to feel? When we trust the body to lead before the mind has an answer? This is an invitation to tend to what needs tending — to notice sensation, follow impulses, make space for expression, and reconnect with your creative self. Bring your journal, clothes to move in and a yoga mat.
