Full Moon Cacao, Meditation and PilatesDance

Celebrate the full moon with ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and PilatesDance to awaken your body and reconnect with your happy heart. Join us for a joyful Full Moon gathering blending Ceremonial Cacao, Meditation, Movement, and a Mooncharge H2O water ritual. Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Natalya and Agustina, creating space to slow down, connect, and set your intentions. Let guided meditation bring you into stillness before moving into Pilates Dance with the joyful Carla!... an uplifting experience to awaken your body and celebrate through movement. Together, we will close with a Mooncharge H2O water ritual, honoring the full moon as a moment to release what no longer serves us and welcome fresh and prosperous energy. Come as you are, ready to move, connect, laugh, and shine!
