Twilight @ Patch - Full Moon Forest Bath

Gather with us at Patch for a peaceful night of mindfulness and togetherness beneath the soft glow of dusk. A Night Beneath the Beaver Moon 🌕Saturday, November 28th | 5:30 PM Slip out of the city and into the sanctuary of stillness—where moonlight guides your path and the forest holds space for your breath. Join us at Patch of Heaven Sanctuary as we gather beneath November's Beaver Moon. Science shows that spending time in nature at twilight—when our circadian rhythms begin to shift—can reduce stress and recalibrate our nervous system. Paired with forest bathing, a proven practice to lower cortisol and boost immune function, this experience offers not just tranquility, but transformation. We’ll walk together, silently and mindfully, into the heart of our 125-year-old forest. These paths are unpaved, softly lit, and sacred. There will be no need for words. Just presence. Guided by Suzanne Jewell, our Chief Experience Officer and a certified mindfulness and forest therapy guide, you’ll be invited into a deeper relationship with the natural world—and with yourself. Let the Beaver Moon remind us: Now is the time to gather our attention,to root into gratitude, and to prepare for what’s next. We’ll be waiting for you in the woods. Will you join us? The Agenda: 5:00 pm: Arrival encouraged for best seating 5:30 pm: Twilight Experience Begins 6:15 pm: Grounding Meditation 7:00 pm: In the Dark Drum Walk 7:15 pm: Tree of Life Visit 7:30pm: Forest Bath Walk in the Deep Woods 7:45pm: Thai Joglo Candlelight Forest Meditation 8:00pm: MoonWalk to Welcome Center & Lite Bites Ordinarily I go to the woods alone, with not a single friend, for they are all smilers and talkers and therefore unsuitable. I don’t really want to be witnessed talking to the catbirds or hugging the old black oak tree. I have my ways of praying, as you no doubt have yours. Besides, when I am alone I can become invisible. I can sit on the top of a dune as motionless as an uprise of weeds, until the foxes run by unconcerned. I can hear the almost unhearable sound of the roses singing. If you have ever gone to the woods with me, I must love you very much. -Mary Oliver IMPORTANT:No refunds or transfers allowed
