Learn simple techniques to start a meditation practice, for a peaceful mind. Guided meditations and Buddhist teachings. Buddhist meditation classes and workshops at Odiyana Center, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury. Weekly classes on Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays 11 am. Hartford Wednesdays mid-day meditation at Center Church, 12:15pm. Glastonbury lunchtime meditation: Tues and Thurs 12:15pm Meditation has many benefits including improved physical and emotional well-being. Learn simple techniques to start a meditation practice, for a peaceful mind. Guided meditations and Buddhist teachings. Everyone is welcome. No one turned away for lack of funds.
