Sound Meditation Concert at Patriots Park

The Conduit performs an indoor sound meditation at The Lodge overlooking Coventry Lake (2nd Fridays) A monthly sound meditation designed to help you fully reset, release stress, and settle your nervous system. If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, mentally overloaded, or simply in need of a reset, this monthly sound meditation at The Lodge in Coventry offers a structured way to slow down and fully unwind. This is not about “doing meditation correctly.” It’s about giving your system space to settle. 🌿 A familiar space for deep rest We gather at The Lodge at Patriots Park — a lakeside setting that has become a steady home for our monthly sound meditations since 2021. Set along the water, the environment naturally supports calm, spaciousness, and ease. It feels intimate without being confined, and is designed for comfort in every season. 🎶 What the experience is This session is created by The Conduit Sound — a collaborative meditation project that uses live, layered sound to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Rather than focusing on a single guide or instrument, you are immersed in a field of live sound that helps the mind soften and the body relax. As the sound unfolds, attention naturally shifts inward — not through effort, but through ease. Many people describe the experience as: • deeply relaxing • mentally quieting • emotionally grounding • surprisingly accessible, even for beginners No meditation experience is necessary. 🧘 What to expect The space is intentionally sized for group sound work — intimate enough for focus, spacious enough for comfort. You’ll experience live instruments including: • gongs • crystal bowls • chimes and overtone-rich instruments The sound builds gradually, creating an environment where external noise fades and the nervous system can shift into rest. Some people fall into deep stillness. Others simply rest and listen. Both are completely valid. 🌲 Seasonal setting at The Lodge The Lodge carries a different feeling with each season: • In warmer months, light filters in from the lakeside deck and surrounding nature • In colder months, the fireplace brings warmth and stillness Always, the space supports quiet arrival, ease of landing, and deep rest. The venue is fully accessible, single-level, with ample parking. 🪷 What to bring To be comfortable, please bring: • a zero gravity chair (preferred), OR • a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for floor setup • anything else you need to feel fully at ease Think of it as creating a small nest for yourself. 🌿 About The Conduit Sound - Read about them here The Conduit Sound is a collaborative meditation project focused on immersive sound environments designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and presence.
