About this event
An invitation to experience your authentic emotions and move your body as those emotions inspire. Ecstatic Dance is neither "ecstatic" nor "dance;" discuss! ;-) This nonverbal practice is an opportunity to move our bodies however feels right to us, as inspired by our genuine emotional experience. From simply sitting still and breathing, to frenzied gyrations, and everything in between, it's all part of The Dance.
