Saturday, 11/14 - 10 to Noon Find your flow: The Art of fluid transitions Fluidity is having the capability of flowing freely like water, to change easily from one state to another effortlessly. Take the technique you have and add the magic that will change the way you move. Using playfulness in class, we will begin to explore the space between movement, the transition of the pathways. Using momentum, musicality and breath, we will explore our fluidity creatively while not compromising the dance technique. This is the next level for the dancer, it is subtle but it is what makes us not want to pull our eyes away...its the magic sparkles.
