A Grateful Pause: November Sound Bath Reset in Saint Paul

It can be one person, one small moment, one place of support, or one part of yourself that kept going. A Grateful Pause is Mindful Body and Skin’s November Monthly Sound Bath Reset. This 75-minute guided experience makes room for appreciation without asking anyone to ignore stress, grief, uncertainty, or difficulty. The evening includes: • gentle grounding and guided meditation • private gratitude reflection or journaling • a 30-minute immersive sound bath • quiet integration • a Rooted Radiance InTEAgrated Rituals™ tea offering This experience is beginner-friendly and invitational. Participate from a floor mat or chair. You are never required to share, close your eyes, drink tea, or feel grateful for something painful.
