Chef Louis is bringing his dining series, Flavors of Home, to ZOMA House with The WAZOBIA Experience — an intimate dinner styled as a fake Nigerian wedding, honoring Nigeria’s Independence Day through food, fashion, and music. WAZOBIA, which combines the Yoruba (wa), Hausa (zo), and Igbo (bia) word for “come”, symbolizes the unity and diversity of Nigeria.
