I have been teaching somatic yoga for the past 3 years in different community settings. Somatic yoga has similarities to the therapeutic movement that I am familiar with. I enjoy the opportunity to help yogis slow down, taking time to breath, and to move with awareness. Seeing yogis leave with a smile on their face is very satisfying"
