The Healthy Lungs, Healthy Lives Fair & Wellness Walk brings together healthcare providers, community organizations, and wellness partners to share valuable health information, offer preventive screenings, and connect people of all ages with resources to support their well-being. Whether you’re interested in learning more about lung health, exploring resources to quit smoking, or getting active for a good cause, there’s something for everyone. Explore the Health Fair 10am–2pm | Banquet Room Connect with local healthcare providers and community organizations offering health education, screenings, and resources, including: • Respiratory health screenings • Blood pressure checks • Smoking and tobacco cessation resources • Information about COPD, asthma, and lung cancer prevention • Community health and wellness resources • Wellness activities and giveaways • Family-friendly activities • Raffle prizes and more! Learn about Sabathani’s Community Quit Club and discover ongoing opportunities for support on your journey toward tobacco-free living. Admission is free. All are welcome! Take Part in the Wellness Walk 10:30am & 12:30pm | Gym Take steps toward a healthier future while supporting community wellness! Join us for an indoor, one-mile fundraising walk in the Sabathani gym. Choose from two scheduled walk times, leaving plenty of opportunities to explore the Health Fair before or after your walk. Your participation helps support smoking cessation initiatives, Community Quit Club activities, and community wellness programming at Sabathani. Registered walkers will receive a certificate of completion and entry into a raffle prize drawing. Participation in the walk requires a registration fee. Additional donations are welcome. During checkout, you’ll have the option to add Wellness Walk registration for an individual ($5), couple ($10), or family ($15), with an opportunity to make an additional contribution in support of community lung health.
