Description: Join Amanda Wentworth, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, CRYT (Yoga Therapist) on the Winter Solstice for a nourishing hour of candlelit gentle movement, breathing practices, and meditation designed to calm the body, balance the mind, & intentionally welcome the season of Winter! Every body is welcome; no referral or yoga experience required. Cancellation policy: Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class begins.
