Gather in the Garden: An Autumn Sound Bath & Mind-Body Experience

Slow down, reconnect, and reflect this autumn with gentle movement, meditation, journaling, and a restorative sound bath in the garden. Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us at Gardens of Babylon for a restorative mind-body experience inspired by the changing season. As we move from summer into autumn, the garden offers a beautiful reminder to slow down, reflect, and tend to what matters. This 90-minute experience will guide you through gentle movement, meditation, reflection, and sound therapy—all surrounded by the plants and peaceful atmosphere of our garden center. We’ll begin with approximately 30 minutes of simple, accessible movement focused on mobility, the spine, joints, and gentle flexibility. No prior experience is necessary. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation and reflection focused on the themes of the autumn season: reflecting on what we’ve planted, what has grown, and what we’re proud of cultivating in our own lives. You’ll also have an opportunity to consider what may need a little more tending as we move into the quieter months ahead. The experience will conclude with approximately 30 minutes of rest and immersive sound therapy, creating space to relax, restore, and integrate.
