This session brings the high-energy expertise of Barry’s for a heart-pumping HIIT workout that blends cardio and strength training to push your limits and leave you feeling empowered. In celebration of community, connection, and a meaningful cause, tickets are available through a donation of your choice, with 100% of ticket sales donated to the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition. Your support helps fund their ongoing efforts to provide resources, education, and assistance to those impacted by breast cancer across Tennessee.
