This session brings the mindful expertise of StudioFire for an invigorating yoga practice that blends intentional movement, breath, and balance to awaken the body, center the mind, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. In celebration of community, connection, and a meaningful cause, tickets are available through a donation of your choice, with 100% of ticket sales donated to the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition. Your support helps fund their ongoing efforts to provide resources, education, and assistance to those impacted by breast cancer across Tennessee. Join us for an unforgettable experience while making a meaningful difference in our community. Following class, attendees are invited to continue the experience at Zaytinya with RoZAY Brunch. Each guest will receive a kick-back for a complimentary offering to enjoy when dining with us after class. RoZAY Brunch includes one bottle of rosé, one spread & pita, and 3 brunch dishes for $70.
