Surrender into stillness with this grounding Yin Yoga class, taught by our Deep Roots Team! Through long-held, passive poses and intentional breath, you’ll gently stretch the deeper tissues of the body and release deep layers of tension to reconnect with your inner calm. Located in the Moon Room at the Center for Contemplative Justice. Following the practice there is an option to join the Thistle Farms Community Circle at 9 am, continuing the spirit of connection and healing in community. Highly recommend if you are seeking a mindful & intentional morning. This class takes place in the Moon Room at the Center for Contemplative Justice. Donations are welcome.
