5Rhythms® Emerging Waves at La Lune

Come dance the 5Rhythms, a movement meditation practice grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Hosted at La Lune in Fall River. What if you gave yourself two hours to simply move? The body carries its own intelligence — feelings, stories, and impulses that want room for expression. In Emily’s work, she invites people to listen inward, guided by the understanding that “the psyche speaks through story, and story heals.” 5Rhythms® is a natural complement to this approach. Through music David will guide you through the 5Rhythms, inviting you to discover your body’s natural movement and meet whatever arises along the way. There is no particular way you have to move, no particular way you have to be. You’re welcome to follow your feet, let the music move you, and explore what becomes possible when you give yourself that freedom. Together, we’ll create an open, supportive space where movement, emotion, creativity, and discovery are welcome. You might call it a movement meditation. You might call it a dance. Perhaps you’ll experience a meaningful shift. Perhaps something small will soften or open. There’s no prescribed outcome, just an opportunity to listen to your body and see where it takes you. Come claim a little time for yourself. All are welcome. Register in advance to secure your spot.
