This workshop is hosted by two trauma certified therapists trained as leaders of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Program, which was inspired by The Gottman Institute's four decades of research with thousands of couples. It's all about helping you and your partner connect and communicate better in a supportive environment. Whether you're looking to strengthen your bond or just learn some new skills, this event is perfect for you. Don’t miss out on this chance to grow together in a relaxed, friendly setting! WHAT TO EXPECT: In this 4 Hour intensive workshop you will learn how to use specific tools and strategies to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict more constructively, and work through issues together as a team. Come prepared to learn, gather resources, ask questions, and breakout into your individual couples to practice skills in real time using issues you're currently struggling with. There will be short breaks throughout the morning as needed, and all materials provided for the workshop are yours to keep when the workshop concludes.
