Breathwork Experience: Autumn Of The Heart

We are exhaling the ghosts of past connections, and creating an internal landscape that feels spacious, light, and entirely yours again. Event Instructions: Bring a journal. This is for integration, breakthroughs, and realizations you want to document. -A YOGA MAT or somewhere comfortable to lie down on your back, such as a bed or a couch (no pillows are needed for your neck). If you have lower back pain, you may want to put a pillow or bolster under your knees. - -A BLANKET is always nice (or wear many warm layers that can be taken off). Body temperatures tend to drop while doing Breathwork, and when they do, you'll be happy you took this advice. - -SLEEP EYE MASK: If you have an eye mask/ sleep mask. Please, bring it. This allows you to have a deeper experience. (Eye mask will be provided) -DON'T EAT BEFORE YOUR BREATHWORK SESSION! You'll want your last meal to be 2-3 hours prior to Breathwork. (The emptier your stomach, the better the results). If you must eat something to stabilize your blood sugar, please make it something very light. TIP: Drink lots of water the day of the event (but not too much). -Please don't come with expectations. Just show up with an open mind and excitement for change.
