From Pilot to Practice: Scaling Regenerative Agriculture in Brazil

Regenerative agriculture has demonstrated its potential at the farm level. The challenge now is moving from successful pilots to solutions that can be financed, implemented and replicated at scale. During Climate Week NYC 2026, AYA Earth Partners and Nestlé will bring together a select group of business leaders, investors, researchers and practitioners for a closed-door conversation on the conditions required to scale regenerative agriculture across Brazil. Home to some of the world’s most important tropical biomes and one of its largest food and commodity sectors, Brazil has a unique opportunity to lead this transition. Yet meaningful progress will depend on aligning scientific evidence, corporate commitments, financial incentives, public policy and the realities faced by producers. Rather than presenting ready-made answers, this roundtable is designed to surface practical insights, constructive tensions and unresolved questions that can help move regenerative agriculture from ambition to implementation. The session will feature brief opening perspectives followed by a facilitated, interactive discussion. The conversation will be closed to the press.
