Gratitude Yoga Flow

ORIGYN & Moonrise invite you to a one-hour Gratitude Yoga experience. Hosted at Moonrise, a beautifully designed new wellness destination in Tribeca, opening later this year, this gathering reflects a shared belief that true wellness begins with presence, simplicity, and inner peace. Led by Amina Taha, a globally recognized instructor with 12+ years of experience and founder of Honey Studio. This all-levels flow combines intentional movement, breath, and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with yourself without pressure or performance.
