Come to the picnic house Saturday, Oct 17 for group meditation! Take 15 minutes out of the screens, stress and emails to just be. Be ready for: free food, fun partner meditation (with strangers), guided stretches, and a fun time. A little about the initiative: We are a group of three pals, all of whom love prospect park, and who one day thought: "what if we tried meditation?" Found a new sense of communal peace and felt grounded like never before. So, we started grounded, a youth led initiative trying to bring community and positive mental health to prospect park, because its only a community park if we can find community! We hope to see you soon. Thank You!
