Heavenly Bodies | 11.11 at Moonrise, Tribeca

Heavenly Bodies is a unique experience bridging heaven & earth. Each class is designed to help you meet the current cosmic moment with clarity, confidence, and a strong connection to your intuition. PART I: THE COSMIC MOMENT We begin with an astrology forecast for the group: what the current moment is stirring, and how it might be moving through your own life right now. You'll learn what to be aware of, what to lean into, and how to work with what's here. PART II: EMBODY & RESTORE From there we soften. You'll be guided into a reiki-infused restorative movement & breath practice, and then into stillness with Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a style of meditation geared towards deep rest and spiritual insight. Through body scans, visualization, and intention, you'll be gently carried into a peaceful state where the body quietly restores itself. All you have to do is lie back and listen. PART III: INTEGRATE As we arrive back from our deep rest practice, we'll reconnect as a group with thoughtful prompts to integrate the experience. THIS MONTH: 11.11 Portal 11.11 is known as a day of synchronicity. It's a potent energetic day to welcome magic, meaning, and purpose into your life, to receive messages from your intuition, and experience divinely orchestrated soul level surprises. For anyone curious about astrology and how it lives in the body, not just on the page. For anyone running on empty who needs somewhere to fill their own cup. All experience levels welcome. Mats and bolsters provided. You may want to bring a cozy layer. About your guide: Eden Sky Orion is an astrologer, writer, and mind-body guide based in New York City.
